Ashley was born a month ahead of schedule, and weighed less than 3 pounds. Ashley was admitted to ICU for about a month. The parents were told that her heart needed surgery Christmas Day. Christmas Day was the day that doctors confirmed to her parents what they had long prayed for. Ashley was admitted to hospital. Her parents received the news. Ashley was not required to undergo any procedures. She weighed 4 1/2 pounds. Ashley was sent home following two stays in hospital. Her health has improved since! Her father is English and German heritage. Her mother's lineage is Irish. Her first appearance as an actor was an advertisement in 2002 for Salon Surprise Barbie Doll from 2002. Ashley was then approached by the Ford Modeling Agency at the age of 8. She worked steadily in print and continues to work for the Agency. When she was 10, Ashley decided to become an actor. Ashley began her career with 35 commercials before moving on to theatre roles. Ashley currently has a love for acting. Ashley's main focus was acting. It was a little difficult to find time left for dance and modeling. Ashley is well known for her role as Hannah Marin in ABC's Pretty Little Liars. Ashley had a small part in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love", which was performed with Solange and Romeo Miller. Britney Spears posed for her in an Vogue Magazine shoot. She's in NLT "That Girl", an music video.
